The firm was founded in 1991 when, after an initial training with Giovanni Baldini, a talented civilist, and an intense experience in the international Bergmann-Scamoni firm, Arturo Gioffredi settled in his current studio in Viale Monte Nero 50 in Milan.<\/p>\n

The firm's activities are immediately influenced by the close relationship between the professional, who leads the firm, and the city of Berlin.<\/p>\n

Indeed, since 1986, Arturo Gioffredi, a lawyer who grew up bilingual, began to attend the Italian consulate in West Berlin and the embassy in East Berlin, soon becoming the consulate's trusted lawyer, so much so that he took care of the legal assistance service for immigrants in Germany for a long time.<\/p>\n

At the fall of the wall, the consulate considers Arturo Gioffredi as the only expert capable of assisting its countrymen in the delicate matter of restitution of real estate, companies, and dormant accounts in the ex East Germany ( DDR ).<\/p>\n

It indicates him as such to Corriere della Sera,<\/em>pointing out that the professional assisted the consulate in some important negotiations with the city of Berlin.<\/p>\n

The resulting positive image leads to the firm a number of important clients, including an insurance and reinsurance company based in Cologne and a famous German sports car manufacturer.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Others, including a leading company in cleaning products, asked Arturo Gioffredi to merge with large international firms able to offer a service in all areas of law.<\/p>\n

The lawyer resists flattery and, jealous of his autonomy, maintains a small structure based essentially on his own person and direct contact with clients.<\/p>\n

As such, the firm has survived the attacks of large law firms coming directly from Germany, the innovation of advertising, to the fall in tariffs.<\/p>\n

For almost thirty years the firm has been based in the building in Viale Monte Nero 50, a few steps from the Court of Milan.<\/p>\n

Over the years, there have been close collaborations with renowned law firms in Berlin and Leipzig as well as the creation of a network of European law firms ATLO LEGAL<\/em> (www.atlo-legal.net<\/a>) which aims to provide clients with maximum international experience in the field of transport law, logistics and insurance.<\/p>\n

Lawyer Giovanni Luca Gioffredi, the founder's son, has helped expand the firm's areas of expertise, which today also offers assistance in Criminal Law.<\/p>\n

Also his daughter, Lawyer Giulia Gioffredi, returned to the firm after her experience of\nstudying in the UK and her collaboration with the Public Administration, now dealing with\nInternational, Transport and Public Law.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>
